The "New Thinking On Innovation" series is produced by the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) based in Waterloo, Canada. It is comprised of a series of essays and videos that "will marshall new thinking on innovation, and bring together a community of scholars and practitioners who offer fresh approaches for Canada and for the global economic cooperation system."
