THE ILLEGAL
The Illegal: A Meditation on Refugee Issues was designed as a unique animated invite to a public talk by award-winning Canadian author Lawrence Hill on his new novel of the same name. The film was commissioned by the prestigious Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in Waterloo, Canada, which hosted the event.
